  PAWS UP for the Hess Agency! After Highmark cancelled our healthcare policy we spent some weeks struggling to navigate the system to find the best new policies—a tough job at the best of times, and made more difficult by complications in our particular circumstances. With time fast running out and closure of the open enrollment period looming someone suggested the Hess Agency might be able to assist. What a great experience! Mike Joseph was readily available, super friendly, and—most important—he really knows the ins and outs of the healthcare system. He not only helped us to sort out the best options—he actually went online and signed up the policies on the spot to make sure that everything was correct. Five stars for a great job!

  I switched to The Hess Agency several years ago after being with another insurance company for 20-25 years, after talking with a representative of The Hess Agency. She was fantastic and saved me several hundred dollars a year. There rates are very good and the service is top notch. The people working at The Hess Agency are the BEST, not only are they extremely courteous but they really know the insurance business. I would and have highly recommended The Hess Agency.
